Is my phone eSIM compatible? The 2026 list

How to check if your phone supports eSIM

The quickest test works on most phones:

  1. Open your phone app and dial *#06#.
  2. Look for a number labelled EID.
  3. If you can see an EID, your phone should supports eSIM.

Prefer to poke around in settings? Look for an option to add an eSIM:

  • iPhone: Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM
  • Samsung Galaxy: Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM
  • Google Pixel: Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Add eSIM

If the option is there, you're in business. If you can't find it, don't panic yet. Some phones tuck it away, and the lists below will settle it.
