No more
unexpected bills.

SMARTY is a new SIM-only mobile network that’s built to be simple and honest.

Why choose SMARTY?

Don’t want to be tied in? Cancel anytime or change plans monthly.

No minimum contract, no credit checks and no surprises at the end of the month. Pay in advance and enjoy the flexibility.

Add-ons that are 100% transparent

If you run out of data an add-on will cost you £1.25 per GB - the same as it costs in your plan. Our add-ons never expire so long as you have a live plan.

Unlimited UK standard calls and texts - on all plans

Call your friends and family as much as you want. No catch.

Get a discount on unused data

  • £5 = the base cost of any plan (unlimited standard calls, texts and running the network). The rest is for simply for data.
  • At the end of each month, we take the data you haven’t used and discount your next plan - at a rate of £1.25 per GB.
  • So for 3GB of unused data, you’ll get £3.75 off your next month. We even calculate using remaining MBs, not GBs.

A bit about tethering

You can tether and hot-spot all of your data with no speed restrictions

Contacting us

The SMARTY team are available to chat online 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week (excluding Bank Holidays). Go to the contact us page and click the little green icon in the bottom-right to start.

You can’t call abroad or premium numbers - yet.

We’re still getting international and premium calling ready. In the meantime, apps like Whatsapp are much more cost effective - only use data in your plan or over Wi-Fi.

Roaming’s not ready

We haven’t been able to enable roaming in time for our launch. We’re a UK-only network at the moment, but we’re working on it.
