Discover the new SMARTY app features

You asked, we listened. We’ve made some updates to the SMARTY app which mean you can now manage more elements of your account in-app, without being redirected to our website. This should make for a much smoother, SMARTY experience.

Features now available in-app…

Update your personal details: For added in-app convenience, you can now update your billing address, email address and password.

Manage payment settings: Want to change your payment method? You can add new cards or even choose PayPal. Plus, you can turn auto-renew on or off.

View your payment history: Stay ahead of your finances. See every payment made on your plan, including any Out of plan add-ons.

Update your marketing preferences: Set and amend your marketing preferences to let us know how you want to hear from SMARTY.

If you’re a Group plan owner, you can do everything we’ve listed above for each of the plans in your Group, all within the app.
