A SMARTY group can include as few as 2 SIMs or up to 8 different SIM plans. As the group owner, you’ll have full control - managing everyone’s usage and payments from one place, switching plans, and purchasing add-ons for each SIM effortlessly.
Its easy. Whether you are already a customer or new to SMARTY, just choose the type of group plan you want and you will be guided through setting up your new group.
Anyone can join a SMARTY group! If already have a SMARTY SIM, you’re automatically eligible. Not with us yet? No worries - just sign up you’ll be welcome to join your group in no time. It’s all about keeping things smart, simple, and accessible.
You can keep your existing phone number when joining a SMARTY group plan. Just provide your Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) when switching to SMARTY, and your number will be smoothly transferred to your group account.
If you choose a Mix and Match plan, each sim is paid for monthly and billed individually. If you are on our new Everyone Unlimited group plan you will have a single payment for your group billed on the same day each month.
