What's new?

For each friend you refer who joins SMARTY and renews for a second month, you and your friend can each earn up to £20 in gift cards. Choose from John Lewis & Partners (including Waitrose), Amazon.co.uk, or Uber (including Uber Eats). It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word about SMARTY!

How it works

Simply refer your friends to SMARTY. When they sign up for one of our plans and renew for a second month, you both get rewarded based on the plan they choose:

•£5 Gift Card for plans priced between £0-£9.99

•£10 Gift Card for plans priced between £10-£14.99

•£20 Gift Card for plans priced between £15-£20

Q: How do I refer a friend to SMARTY? A: You’ll be able to refer your friends in three ways:

1: Your referral link. You can find this on your dashboard as soon as you join SMARTY.

2: When you join we’ll send you a free SIM to give to whoever you like.

3: You can request to send or receive two physical SIM cards a month. Give these to your friends in person or get them sent directly to them. This makes it even easier and faster for them to join SMARTY.

Q: When do we receive our gift cards? A: You and your friend will receive your gift cards after your friend has renewed their plan for the second month.

Q: Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer? A: No, there’s no limit. You can refer as many friends as you like and earn multiple gift cards.

Q: What plans qualify for the referral reward? A: Any SMARTY plan qualifies, with rewards varying based on the plan's monthly cost.

Q: I received a SIM after activation, is this linked to my reward? A: Yes, simply pass this onto a friend and you’ll both benefit from up to £20 reward when they renew for a second month.
